Our All-Inclusive Wedding Experience is designed for couples who want creative freedom without personally coordinating every operational element of the day. Your experience begins with the Donovan Manor venue rental and brings four additional core services together under Donovan Hospitality: food, beverage, tabletop rentals, and event management. Rather than coordinating each of these services through different companies and points of contact, you’ll work with one streamlined team and just one or two primary points of contact.
You’ll still select the creative vendors who make your wedding uniquely yours, including your photographer, florist, entertainment, officiant, and beauty team. With the five core services managed together under one roof, you’ll have fewer companies to coordinate and a more cohesive planning experience from beginning to end.
This package pairs beautifully with couples who feel comfortable making creative decisions and hiring several vendors independently but do not need the comprehensive support of a full-service wedding planner.

With thoughtfully connected indoor and outdoor spaces, spacious dressing suites, on-site parking, built-in bars, and elegant ceremony and reception settings, the estate provides a versatile foundation for your entire wedding day.

Food is at the heart of hospitality. Our culinary team will guide you through the available menu selections and create a dining experience that feels personal, polished, and welcoming. With catering managed in-house, the culinary, service, and venue teams remain closely connected throughout the planning process and wedding day.
- Bar
From your beverage selections through last call, our team will help shape and oversee a bar experience suited to your celebration. Bringing food and beverage service together creates a cohesive guest experience while removing the need to coordinate with a separate bar provider.
- Tabletop Rentals
The foundational rentals included with your selected package are coordinated through our team, creating a refined and cohesive setting without the added work of independently sourcing and managing a rental company. Your Donovan Manor representative will review the included pieces, available selections, and optional enhancements with you.
