All weddings at Donovan Manor require a planner from our trusted vendor list to ensure your day is flawlessly executed. For couples seeking an in-house option, our Manor Concierge service is the natural first choice. This service begins two months before your wedding and includes vendor coordination, venue-specific floor plan creation, and comprehensive inclement weather planning—helping your celebration flow seamlessly from start to finish. On the wedding day, our team manages venue operations with care and precision, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Manor Concierge is included for all-inclusive weddings, available as an optional enhancement for full-day venue rentals, and not required for our Elopement Experience, where every detail is already thoughtfully arranged.

For all-inclusive weddings, the experience is even more effortless. Chairs, tables, table linens, china, flatware, glassware, and napkins are all provided and carefully coordinated, so every detail of your reception is beautifully arranged.

Additional optional enhancements are also available to elevate your celebration, including market umbrellas, fire pits, patio heaters, a bar cart, gold shelving, and extra chairs—allowing you to customize your day exactly as you envision.
